With more than 15 years of experience building and managing outpatient specialty practices, Jenna brings a strong background in operations, process development, team leadership, and resource management to her role as Manager of Business Operations at Grove Wealth Group.
She is passionate about creating efficient systems and processes that strengthen the way a financial advisory firm serves its clients. Her healthcare experience, including spearheading a patient-centered care initiative, shaped her belief that great operations should ultimately make people feel cared for, supported, and confident.
